Booster Parent Meeting 8/1 & Luau 8/9

Thursday (August 1)- Booster Parent meeting at 7 pm in Mrs Julien's classroom.

Friday (August 9)- Save the date: Luau from 6 to 9 pm in front of the WCHS gym.  More details will be provided at our meeting.

Friday, July 26 

Bus Pickup Area:  Charter Oak Park - Parking lot.  20261 E. Covina Blvd, Covina.  Closest cross street is Bonne Cove Avenue.

Pickup Time (CHANGED):  8:15am - All attendees are to report to the bus pickup area

Bus Depart Time:  8:30am.  There will be NO calling and waking people up = snooze you loose :)

Bus Arrives at Santa Monica Beach:  Estimated time of 9:45am.

Bus Departs Santa Monica Beach:  All attendees bus board bus by 4pm!

Bus Arrives at Charter Oak Park:  Estimated 5:30pm.

Practice/Performance Schedule for 7/24-7/29

Monday/Tuesday (July 22 and 23)- 9am-11am & 5pm-7pm. Practice is mandatory.

Wednesday and Thursday (July 24 and 25)- California Adventure Performances. Mrs Julien will be distributing the permission slip either Monday or Tuesday. Students are to report to the school - in front of the Principal's office - by 6:30 am. Bus will depart at 7am. Volunteer drivers are to bring the students home. The students will start solititing rides by tomorrow - if they have not done so already.
 

Friday (July 26)- Beach day - Santa Monica Beach. Report to Charter Oak Park's parking lot by 8:30am. Two charter buses will be leaving by 9am sharp!

 

Monday (July 29)- Disneyland Performance - Students are to report to the school - in front of the Principal's office - by 6:30 am. Bus will depart at 7am. Volunteer drivers are to bring the students home. The students will start solititing rides by tomorrow - if they have not done so already.

Monday - Thursday (July 15 thru 18) from 6:30am-11:30am at The Lab, 541 N Azusa Ave, West Covina

Saturday, 7/20 from 9:00 am-2:00 pm- Coed Dance Practice at The Lab, 541 N Azusa Ave, West Covina

July Booster Parent meeting has been rescheduled to July 11 due to the 4th of July holiday.
