BOOSTER MEETING
Our Booster meeting is held on the first Thursday of every month,
unless the organization orders otherwise in advance,
as required by non-profit corporation law of the State of California.

PARENT PARTICIPATION:  WCHS Dance parent/guardian participation is constant throughout the year with various fundraisers. competitions and community activities. This Booster organization conducts two major fundraisers which require parent/guardian participation:

1)  Football Season Snack Bars: Each Booster family will be required to provide a parent/guardian or responsible adult 18 years of age or over to fulfill (work) two to four snack bar shifts, or as dictated by size of the team, during football season. Should the Booster family fail to meet this requirement, the team member’s account will be assessed a dollar amount equal to the number of shifts not worked multiplied by the profit per shift.

2)  Winter Celebration: Each Booster family will be required to provide a parent/guardian or responsible adult (18 years of age or over) to work a full shift at our annual Winter Celebration. A full shift is defined as the time set-up begins until tear down and clean-up ends on competition day – this time frame is usually from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
