Booster Parents,

Attached is the order form for sweatshirt orders.  All team members were given this form at 0 Period on Friday.  Please note that there is a correction on the cost = pullovers are $31 and the zippers are $36.  If interested, please submit forms and cash no later than December 2 at 0 Period.

Studio: The Lab

In exchange for the free studio time, we provide The Lab with cleaning supplies monthly.  Due to the increased studio time, the cleaning supplies will change to bi-weekly.

From Nov 18 thru 22 will be donation week for The Lab. Every student is ask to donate:  

Toilet Tuesday = a package of toilet paper; 
Water Wednesday = case of water; 
Trashy Thursday = box of tall kitchen trash bags and/or a box of 42 gallon size heavy duty trash bag; 
Fresh Friday = 1 air freshener.   

JoAnn will keep the inventory at my house, and when supplies have exhausted there will be another The Lab donation week.

iPad Fundraiser Drawing Winner!

Booster Parents,

In October, we had our iPad Mini Opportunity Drawing Fundraiser.  The winning ticket was sold by Randy Ventanilla's mom, Evangeline.  She sold the winning ticket to her co-worder Rodella Golo.  Mrs. Golo, who's daughter happens to be a WCHS Alumni, stopped by All Male's Friday practice to pick up her new iPad Mini.  She graciously posed for a photo with Randy and the All Male Team - see attached.

Bingo Fundraiser Saturday, November 23

Join us for an afternoon of FUN Bingo and   

GREAT food, music, company & prizes!! 

When:  Saturday, November 23rd

Rain or Shine

Time:  2:30pm—5:00pm

Check-in begins at 2:30pm

Game will begin promptly at 3:00pm

Place:  4027 North Yaleton Avenue, Covina, CA 91722

Cost:  $10 per person (15 sheets packet)

Food, drinks, snacks, extra Bingo cards and dabbers will be available for additional purchase.

ALL proceeds will be donated to the WCHS Dance/Drill & All Male Team.

Participants must be 12 years and older. Presale ticket purchase is suggested because spaces are limited but not required.  Cash Only at the door.  We can only accommodate those playing.  No children please. Parents,

Due to the timing of recent changes, we are collecting donations for Vibe beyond the event date.  We were able to minimize costs by cutting back on costumes.  Better costumes will be purchased for our regular competition season.  Below is a copy of the special team donation form for Vibe.  Please use this form to submit your donations.

You can begin submitting donations to zero period up until the goal date, Monday,December 02, 2013.  You can also submit through PayPal using the DONATE button on the right side bar.  As always, Thank you for your support.
